シチュー

いい加減涼しくなってきたのでシチューなんか作ってみる。
まだこの時期だと水炊き用の鶏肉なんて売ってないんだな。手羽元を使ってみたが妙に固かった…。
マッシュルームでも入れてやれと思ったら高かったので、なぜかエリンギ。エリンギはやっぱり煮るには向かないかな
