ぎっくり腰

自席で作業していて、さぁて飯だとひょいと立とうとしたらびきびきっと痛いでやんの

結局同僚に送ってもらって早々に退散
湿布買うんで薬局までつれてってもらった

（後日付記）職場にも行かず、ごろごろ寝てたら８日の日曜頃にはなんとか遠くまで歩いていけるようになった。寝てるだけなら腰は傷まなかったんだが、別件の発熱があって苦しかった
