svn-1.0.3

subversion-0.32.1 から 1.0.3 へ移行。
環境は、 MacOSX 10.2.8 + gcc-3.1 と fink に見捨てられているので手 build

BerkeleyDB は 4.2.52 をしょうがないのでインストール（勝手に /usr/local/BerkeleyDB-4.2 なんてのをつくった）。
apache-2.0.49 から apr, apr-util をとって、 neon も 0.24.6 を取ってきて svn の src tree にコピー（既に最新版が同梱されていたようだが）。
autogen.sh して configure 。 stow で突っ込もうとして prefix を明後日の方に向けたら /usr/local/lib じゃないと行って転ける罠。 configure の時点で向けといてやらないと駄目かよ。
