pukiwiki カスタマイズ

pukiwiki のフォントサイズ 90% が読みにくくってしょうがないので改変。

skin/pukiwiki.skin.ja.php を書き換えて、 default.ja.css の他に user.css を読み込むようにして user.css の方で body の font-size と ul と dt の line-height を 100% で上書き。
